Just because we aren't neighbors doesn't mean that I can't help you in the gym! Bring me along and we can workout remotely! I will take you through a fantastic workout using any equipment you have at home or at your local gym. I will still be there cueing you and making sure you are using correct form to get the best results you are looking for!
I am a certified Precision Nutrition coach. Our nutrition, what and how we eat are so important to help us get the results we want in the gym! If you're having trouble figuring out what to eat and when to eat, or maybe you are just struggling with some bad eating habits, then let's work together to correct it! After an assessment, we will talk about once a week creating new goals for you to work on in the kitchen! Don't worry, we take our time. I want to make sure that these skills, become part of your lifestyle. We make sure they become second nature habits before we move on to bigger things.

I decided to work with Ken because I had been gaining weight since I started school and I was uncomfortable in my own skin. My lack of self-confidence was eating into my social life and relationships and I knew I needed a lifestyle adjustment. I worked with Ken for three months where we discussed each session what my wins and losses were that week. Ken kept me motivated throughout the process and talked me through how to fix what wasn't working for me. He helped me learn how to eat healthy with my limited time and energy and kept me focused on my goal. I lost 15 pounds in three months and everything improved—my schoolwork, my motivation, and my relationships. This program is for people who are done crash dieting and want to make steady progress toward their goals. I had several weeks where my weight stalled or I only lost half a pound but I was consistent, and with Ken to motivate and guide me, the weeks flew by and I began to notice progress. I finally feel like myself again and I am gaining my confidence back.

Wow!! I am trying to lift more and more numbers of weights.
These above two items happened in the first session itself.
You showed me to start using the machines on the second floor. At Rio, I was familiar with a lot of machines. After joining in OLF, I was not able to work with them, except treadmill and bike due to different reasons. I know these are all excuses, but I promise I’ll keep this up.
Now, you’ll be happy to hear that I am using a lot of machines and enjoying it. I am ashamed to tell you that my confidence level has gone up and I am wondering who did it???
Next week, I am going to join one of the weight lifting class, which we already talked about.
I’ll keep you posted. I am so so excited about it.
Finally Ken, you made me realize, the bus stops with me, the show has to continue:
